All Ahurei Tickets were issued today. Notices for arrangements for the evening have also been issued.
If you still wish to purchase tickets these go on sale to the public on Monday at Ticketmaster (office inside the convention centre).

Arrangements for Tues the 25th of November for Ahurei children
Re: Organisation for Ahurei on Tuesday the 25th Of November
Rehearsal Time:
11am-12pm at the Convention Centre (recently renamed the Sir Howard Morrison Performing Arts Centre). We will bus the students to and from rehearsal and will return in time for lunch and afternoon lessons.
Who is in charge: Koro Tini
Teachers accompanying the group: Mrs Sylvia Dunkley and Mrs Anne Cato
Evening Arrangements:
Meet to get ready for the Ahurei at 6pm at the Convention Centre (we have hired a room to get ready in).
Students need to eat dinner before they come.
Please ensure students arrive in school uniform presentable and are punctual.
Students may wear a taonga if they wish.
Girls:
Ensure hair is well brushed and out (ready for hairdressers)
Bring a hairbrush
A named bag for belongings (a plastic shopping bag is fine)
No nail polish please.
Boys:
Black undies or shorts
Named bag for belongings (a plastic shopping bag is fine)
Clean faces (ready for stenciling)
Parent Helpers: We have some parent helpers already organised. Please contact me via the school office 3481701 or on 027 56 25 441 if you are able to help on the night with dressing and supervision of the children between 6 and 7pm.
Pick up:
Please ensure children are picked up from the room we dressed in no later than 8.45pm. Please note that photography during the concert is not permissible. Thank you to Jo Mitchell from Aislin Hairdressing for hair accessories for the evening. We look forward to a wonderful night.

Ahurei Update
All children who will be performing in the Ahurei Festival have received their notice to advise they will be performing and about the cost of tickets.
Tickets are $6 each and must be ordered by Monday at the latest (Note: an extension on Friday's due date).
Notices will be coming out this week to advise of the arrangements on the day and evening of Tuesday the 25th of November.
All girls have been fitted for their costumes (Thanks Heidi Symon for this).
